Terms of Service

Last updated: March 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CI/CD Watch ("the Service"), operated by 3CS Technologies Ltd (Company No. 09336214), registered in England & Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CI/CD Watch is a CI/CD pipeline monitoring service that connects to your CI/CD provider accounts (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) to display pipeline run statuses across your repositories in a unified dashboard. The Service provides read-only access to your CI/CD pipeline data.

3. Provider Authorization

To use the Service, you must connect at least one CI/CD provider account (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins). For GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket this is done via OAuth; for Jenkins, CircleCI, and Azure DevOps you connect with an API token. By connecting, you grant us permission to read your repository metadata and pipeline run data. You can revoke this access at any time through your provider's settings or by disconnecting in CI/CD Watch. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your provider accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Impersonate another user or entity

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided as-is and may change, experience downtime, or have features added or removed without notice. We aim for high availability but make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or data persistence.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of 3CS Technologies Ltd. You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your data or any content accessed through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CI/CD Watch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. The Service is a monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth for your CI/CD pipeline status.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking provider access and ceasing use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
